Yes. Choose photography, aerial imagery, video and floor plans in the same request. If you need more than one package within a category, include the extra package in Booking notes. We’ll confirm how the work will be scheduled.

Yes. Drone photography, floor plans, editing and other standalone services can be requested without a photography booking. Some products are add-ons: a Speed Walkthrough Reel, for example, requires a full property shoot.

We work across Perth and travel further afield. Additional travel fees apply for locations more than 35 km from Perth CBD. Share the property address when booking so we can confirm the travel arrangements and any additional fees before the shoot.

An unattended shoot can be arranged if access has been agreed. Unless you specify a timing requirement, we may attend at any time during the booked day. Please provide key or lockbox details and any alarm information, and remain reachable by phone. Let us know promptly if the access arrangements change.

If extreme weather affects the shoot, we’ll contact you to discuss rescheduling without a cancellation fee. If you choose to proceed in adverse weather, a later reshoot requested because of the weather conditions may be charged separately. Safety and any drone flight restrictions still apply.

Please give more than 12 hours’ notice where possible. Short-notice changes, missed appointments, access problems or significant delays may incur a fee. We consider individual circumstances, so contact us as soon as you know plans have changed.

Standard property photos are usually delivered the next day, before 10am on weekdays. Weekend delivery is usually around 1pm; earlier delivery, as early as 9am, can be arranged on request. Premium photography, video, complex floor plans and additional editing have different turnaround times. Tell us about any deadline when booking so we can confirm the timing for your services.

Yes. Supply the existing plan for a professional redraw, with any layout changes clearly marked. Measured floor plans are also available. Site plans are included where applicable.

Yes. Property videos can be filmed horizontally or vertically. Horizontal listing videos include one simple vertical reel output. Additional social edits are available; tell us how you plan to use the video when booking.

Include your deadline when booking. Express floor-plan processing is available where scheduling allows. Other urgent requests need to be discussed before the work is confirmed.

Please contact us before transferring files or allowing another agency or property manager to use them. The media is licensed for the agreed property marketing; ownership of the files is retained by Above and Beyond Creative. New agency use needs a separate licensing agreement.

We use Dropbox to deliver the finished media. Please download and save your files within seven days of receiving them, as ongoing storage is not guaranteed.
